Basic Package (Day Shift)
Service Fee: ৳500
Night Shift Fee: ৳700
Up to 4 hours
- Pick and drop the patient from home to hospital/clinic (if required)
- Assist with hospital admission and registration
- Support OPD, emergency, and scheduled hospital visits
- Accompany the patient to the doctor’s chamber
- Help communicate patient issues when needed
- Show reports, prescriptions, and previous records to doctors
- Stay with the patient during hospital hours
- Ensure the patient is not left alone
- Assist during diagnostic tests
- Collect and manage diagnostic reports
- Deliver reports to doctors for review
- Provide non-medical physical support only
- Ensure patient comfort and support
- Monitor patient movement to prevent accidents

Outside the Country Support
- Service: Available for international patient accompaniment and support
- Scope & Duration: Customized based on client requirements
- Service Charge: Converted to Bangladeshi Taka – ৳2,000 per day
- Additional Costs: Conveyance, food, and travel expenses excluded from the service charge and borne by the client
